Linka Stoyanova was born in Beloslav. She took lessons in opera singing from Zlatka Kuncheva at “Dobri Hristov” National School of the Arts in Varna.
She specialized in classical singing under the guidance of Margarita Lilova at the Summer Academy of the Varna Summer International Music Festival (1993 – 1995). She acquired a Master’s Degree at the Plovdiv Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts.
She won the second prize at “A Coast of Hope” Youth Music Competition in Dobrich in 1999.
Her repertoire includes Mimi in La boheme, Cio-Cio San in Madama Butterfly, Toska in the opera of the same name by Puccini, Leonora in Il trovatore, Elisabeth in Don Carlos, Amelia in Un ballo in maschera, Aida in the opera of the same name by Giuseppe Verdi, Nedda in Pagliacci by Ruggero Leoncavallo, Micaela in Carmen by Georges Bizet.
She has guest-performed in opera theaters in Germany, Austria, Italy, the USA, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Denmark, Belgium and France.
